4. Stand still until your weight and other body composition metrics are displayed on the scale's LCD screen.
5. If the app is open and connected, the data will automatically sync to your A&D Heart Track App profile.
6. The scale will automatically shut off after approximately 15 seconds of inactivity to conserve battery life.
