• 觸發安全： The brad nail gun features a Work Contact Element (WCE) safety mechanism. The trigger will only activate when the WCE is pressed against the workpiece, preventing accidental firing.

3. 設定

1. 拆箱： Carefully remove the nailer and all accessories from the carrying BMC box. Inspect for any damage.
2. Connecting to Air Supply:
   • Attach a 6-mm NPT standard quick plug adapter to the air inlet of the nailer.
   • Connect the nailer to your air compressor using a suitable air hose. Ensure the air compressor is set to the recommended operating pressure of 60-120 PSI.

3. 裝載釘子：
   • Press the magazine latch to open the quick-release magazine.
   • Insert a strip of 18-gauge brad nails (5/8-inch to 2-inch long) into the magazine, ensuring the sharp side of the nails faces down. The magazine can hold up to 100 nails.
   • Close the magazine until it latches securely.

4. 調整深度： The tool features a tool-free depth of drive adjustment. Use your finger or thumb to easily modify the nail's penetration depth based on your project requirements and material hardness.
5. 註油： Apply a few drops of lubricating oil (included) into the air inlet before each use or after extended periods of non-use to ensure smooth operation and prolong tool life.

4. Operating the Nailer

Familiarize yourself with the components of the nailer before operation.

1. 定位： Hold the nailer firmly with both hands if possible. Place the Work Contact Element (WCE) firmly against the workpiece where you intend to drive a nail.
2. 釘子驅動： Once the WCE is pressed against the surface, pull the trigger to drive a nail. Release the trigger after each nail.
3. 深度調整： If nails are not driven to the desired depth or are driven too deep, adjust the tool-free depth mechanism as needed.

5、維護保養

• 清除卡紙： The nailer features tool-free jam clears for easy and quick removal of jammed nails. If a nail jams, disengage the air supply, then open the jam quick clear latch to access and remove the obstruction.

• Adjustable Exhaust: The exhaust port can be rotated 360 degrees to direct dust, dirt, and oil away from your face and the finished workpiece.

• 潤滑： Continue to apply lubricating oil as described in the Setup section to keep internal components well-oiled.
• 打掃： Keep the tool clean and free of debris. Wipe down the exterior with a clean cloth.

6。 故障排除

If you encounter issues with your NEU MASTER Brad Nailer, refer to the following common problems and solutions:

• 釘槍不擊發：
  • Check air pressure: Ensure it is within the 60-120 PSI range.
  • Check nail supply: Verify the magazine is loaded with appropriate nails.
  • Check for jams: Clear any jammed nails using the jam quick clear mechanism.
  • Ensure the Work Contact Element (WCE) is fully depressed against the workpiece.
• Nails Not Fully Driven:
  • Increase air pressure within the recommended range.
  • Adjust the depth of drive setting to allow for deeper penetration.
  • Ensure the workpiece material is not excessively dense for the nail length.
• Nails Jamming Frequently:
  • Ensure you are using the correct size and type of 18-gauge brad nails.
  • Check for debris in the magazine or firing mechanism.
  • Apply lubricating oil to the air inlet regularly.
