一、簡介

This manual provides detailed instructions for the safe and efficient operation, installation, and maintenance of your Real Relax Commercial Ice Maker Machine. Please read this manual thoroughly before using the appliance and retain it for future reference.

4. 設定與安裝

4.1 安置

• Ensure adequate ventilation around the unit. Maintain at least 6 inches (15 cm) of space from walls or other obstructions.

4.2 水連接

Connect the water inlet and drain hoses as follows:

1. Connect the water inlet hose to a potable water supply with a pressure between 15-80 PSI.

5. 操作說明

5.1 控制面板結束view

5.2 製冰量

After connecting the water and power, press the ON/OFF button to start ice production. The machine will automatically fill with water and begin the ice-making cycle.

5.3 調整冰塊厚度

Use the '+' and '-' buttons on the control panel to select your desired ice cube thickness:

• 厚冰（11-15分鐘）： Melts slower, suitable for prolonged cooling or large beverages.

5.4 冰儲存

The integrated storage bin can hold up to 200 lbs of ice. The machine will automatically stop producing ice when the bin is full and resume when ice levels drop.

6、維護保養

The machine is equipped with an automatic cleaning function. To activate, press the TIMER button and follow the instructions on the LCD display. This function helps maintain hygiene and prevents odor buildup.

6.2 外部清潔

• Wipe the exterior stainless steel surfaces with a soft cloth and mild detergent.
• Do not use abrasive cleaners or sharp objects that could scratch the surface.

6.3 內部清潔和除垢

• Periodically clean the ice storage bin and water reservoir with a solution of water and white vinegar or a commercial ice maker cleaner.

• For descaling, follow the instructions provided with your descaling solution.

6.4 冷凝器清洗

Dust and debris can accumulate on the condenser coils, reducing efficiency. Periodically clean the condenser with a soft brush or vacuum cleaner. Ensure the machine is unplugged before cleaning the condenser.
